About AmCraft

AmCraft Building and Remodeling is a family owned and operated general construction contractor. We've been pleased to serve the greater Chicago area since 1974. Around 1977 AmCraft began going by G & G Construction, when the founder's eldest son Gregory (Jr.) joined the company.

AmCraft began very simply. A well traind carpenter with experience in many areas of construction, canvasing Chicago neighborhoods. It was a difficult beginning but soon Gregory Sr. found himself with more word-of-mouth referrals than he knew what to do with. From the very beginning, AmCraft's hallmark was to offer exceptional quality workmanship at a reasonable, affordable cost.

Today AmCraft, still the same family business, carries on that same tradition of high quality workmanship at an affordable cost!
